| I would like to demand the removal of Denny Dye from this league because he is throwing or dumping games and his conduct is detrimental to the league. Each week he puts players into his starting lineup that are injured and listed as OUT, or they ar buried so deep on the depth charts that they have no chance of seeing the field. He has also had the #1 waiver wire pick priority since Week 2 and has failed to address his obvious lack of any active players at the WR position and for 2 weeks he has started players on the BYE, this week was the clincher. He submits a lineup of 7 total players and 2 of those guys were on a BYE. Kirk, you really need to take action here and remove him immediately. There is no excuse for these actions and his conduct is indefensable. Q |

| Step away from the ledge -- the problem in Week #5 stems from the fact that he didn't enter a lineup, so the system reverted to his Week 4 lineup. Two of his Week 4 starters were on bye in Week 5, and two others were waived mid-week. The system doesn't replace these players when a lineup rolls over -- hence the seven-player lineup. He is clearly going with a youth movement at WR -- that's a legit strategy IMO. And taking an occasional zero because you don't want to waste a roster spot on a second kicker or defense is also perfectly defensible. I don't think there's an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. |

| Before we go and look to throw anyone out of the league, we need to hear from the owner who is being called out in this message board post. There are instances in the past where owners have been booted for making lineup decisions that are obvious attempts to lose. There are also instances where owners have done this, apologized for it, been allowed to stay in the league but have had their first round pick for the next year stripped from them. I need to do some more research into this particular example because we're five weeks into the season and no one has said anything to me about Tomlin's team until now. That's not surprising though, as guys are more interested in the beginning of the year to get victories over weakened opponents than they are apt to complain about their lineup choices. As stated above by Len Lambert, there's also the possibility that some of these issues have risen from an owner not submitting a lineup and having the previous week's lineup carry over. Sometimes things come up that cause this to happen and if that's the case with Tomlin, we need to hear it. So for now, we need to hear back from Tomlin's Terrors. Thanks, Kirk |

| Youth movement my *ss He simply isn't paying any attention to byes when entering lineups, for Week 3 he had the #1 waiver priority and couldve picked up good, YOUNG WR's to fill holes. Lance Moore, Brandon Lloyd and Miles Austin were all coming off big performances the week before and he submitted ZERO waiver claims for that week. The guy is simply dumping and not participating and we need to find a new owner. Yes, I would be very curious to hear his defense. Q |

| I have never attempted to throw ofr fix a game- I must admit- I have not been active as I should have been. I for the past 5-6 weeks have been going thru furlough and layoffs at my job at is has really taken a toll on me. If I played players on a BYE because- I never noticed until too late and I have attempted several times, to look waivers- I see nobody suitable. I have added and dropped Stuckey, Camarillo, Matt Bryant, Mewelde Moore, Shaun Alexander. I am TRYHING- I may miss a bye- maybe cause I have nobody else to play that week - for that I apologize. But NO WAY- will I or have I ever tried to lose a game. I may be lackluster, BUT- I am offended- that I try to lose- I have 5 leagues and I assure all- I NEVER have deliberately thrown a game.. | i don't see any real problem. looking at both the RESULTS for each of the 6 weeks, in wk5 didn't have full starting lineup BUT if you go to "starting lineups" for week 5 you see it was an auto-start of wk4 lineups (i copied / pasted below)... that alone isn't reason to think someone is throwing games, i saw it in 2 or 3 other leagues last week where an owner didn't submit a lineup for whatever reason. personally i start submitting lineups on Wed.nite after waivers JUST IN CASE something should prevent me from re-accessing the league by sunday morn which hasn't happened to me yet (fingers crossed won't be a first time  )... looking at all other weeks 1-4 & 6, i didn't see any 'questionable bye week submissions' in lineup other than in wk4 TT's NEP DT was on bye and apparently was only DT he had on roster, can't legislate to make someone cover a bye week AND i for one tonite racing thru my 15 leagues with waivers tonite, i didn't get thru all of mine as was watching the Prez Debate, i missed 2 leagues completely where windows locked down at 11est and i missed one league where my only K is Scobee on bye... one other wednes.nite this year i completely missed waivers in all 15 leagues running that night due to being tied up at work... IT HAPPENS as far as complaints about not working waivers, appears to me Tom.Terr. has worked waivers, he got Camarillo early which was a good grab, i picked up Cam. in couple of leagues more recently myself... just because there "might" have been better options on waivers coming off of big weeks that we ourselves may have picked up doesn't mean someone else has too... we can't legislate "who should be picked up or dropped" or even legislate that MUST work waivers... i for one don't see ANY problems at all that makes me think Tom.Terr. has been tanking or throwing games... one missed lineup and auto-submission submitted his prior lineup. btw...
