| I looked at the "live scoring summary" earlier and I noticed my opponent had Brandon Marshall and he got 45.60 points. I looked at the specifics of the scoring and noticed he got 18 points for 18 receptions and an extra 5 points for having 15+ receptions. I went back and looked at the scoring in the league rules and noticed that you get 5 points for 25+ rushing carries, 5 points for 15+ receptions, and 5 points for 30+ completions. Ummm, when did we agree on this? I recall LT sending out a league wide email for the owners take on changing the scoring to decimal scoring and adding a point per reception. Then there was a poll on the league site, which is still on there, for either 1) decimal & PPR, 2) just decimal, and 3) just PPR. I DON'T see any mention of the extra 5 point bonuses. Now I would have lost either way without the 5 point bonus tacked on to my opponents score but how about if it was a lot closer? Just another reason why the Commish shouldn't play in the league he presides over... |

| The same scoring has been in place since the league was created as a GLFFL and set up by Kirk. The only scoring that has changed is ppr. Ahmed |

| Well if that is true than you should put up the history of this Giants League so owners can look back and see if they ever received these 5 bonus points. I know this can be done since Kirk did it for the "WCOFF Qualifying League" and the MFL software allows this. I'm sure being in this league since the beginning and having Tom Brady, Donovan McNabb, and others that I would have received 5 bonus points sometime in four years. Also I liked how you were able to expand your roster to 19 since there was a hurricane and you had the Baltimore D. How did Green Bay's D do for you, 20 points not bad. I thought this was a "4 You" league, shouldn't it been up to a vote? I guess not since it seems like whatever you decide is law, sounds like a dictatorship to me. |

| It wasn't in effect in season's past. Just click on 2007 League Home (or other years) and click on rules and it shows the rules in effect at the time. There were no bonus points awarded for completions or receptions. Jeff |

|  Thanks Jeff for the clarification, I knew the bonus points weren't in effect. Who is the only one who has access to changing the rules/scoring? That would be the Commish who just posted that the scoring has always been that way. Seems like someone has been caught lying.

| I don't know what happened but I don't think Ahmed changed anything to give his team an advantage. There are some Kirk leauges that have those bonuses. I dont like them in a PPR league which makes it kind of redundant. If a WR catches 10 balls, he already is getting 10 points from them. This is NOT a rule change proposal FOR THIS YEAR, but if bonuses are to be given out, I like the completions bonus since this is not a league with points per every ##### completions. And rushing attempts too since there is no Points per ### rushing attempts. A lot of my leagues already give a point per 8 completions and 10 rushing attempts but this one does not as far as I know. So GOING FORWARD, IF BONUSES ARE AGREED ON, I think it should be for categories that are not normally scored. As far as this year, whether you like them or not, I am not sure we can turn back now since 2 weeks will have been scored with these bonuses. |

| Hey guys, I had to retrace my steps from the past off-season. I have not and would never lie to you guys as one owner has suggested but I did misspeak. The bonuses were not in effect for Giants League until this past off-season. The bonus scoring was in effect for Cowboys Fans League. As the league changed from GLFFL to Fantasy Football 4You Leauges I decided that there would be some changes to make certain leagues such as Fan leagues more uniform. The reason for this is because Kirk had issues dealing with similar leagues with certain differences and I decided as leagues transitioned from GLFFL to Fantasy Football 4You Leagues that I would change some things to eliminate some issues as I've learned from Kirk. Issues that made leagues available for sale. In the off-season, I added the bonus scoring to match that of the Cowboys league. So I apologize for my mistake in speaking earlier, but this is the first year for that scoring in this league. It was an extremely busy off-season with the league transitions and I just had to retrace a lot of things to figure out the situation. I posted what the new league scoring would be for the league including the bonuses in a post on May 17th which you can view on the league message board and explained that it was the new scoring for the league going forward. I had every owner vote on whether I could/should continue playing in the league after I took over as Commish when I took over the league. The decision for me to stay was voted on and made by the owners, not myself. I have never made any league decisions ever for my personal benefit. Thanks Ahmed |
