| im wanting to draft Deuce McAllister with this pick. I see he is on lock until sunday. I want to make sure this is right because i dont see the sense in locking players during the draft. ill be checking in Trav |

| thanks for the welcome, good to be back i dont see anything in the rules that talks about dropped players being locked during the draft. i do see where that is the case during the in-season waivers i still have 5 hours, maybe the Commish will log on and clarify. |

| the rule that players who are dropped during the draft must be locked until sunday is pretty lame. I realize this is not a GLFFL rule, but it should be changed. my turn in the draft came up before Mcallister was "unlocked" so I couldnt have him. another owner who is within 12 hours of McAllister being unlocked can just wait til that time and take him. every team should have equal access to all free agents during when they are on the clock. no worries, im going to rebuild this team and take the title just the same

| since nobody drafted Deuce McAllister, i would like to request that my last pick (Forsett) be changed to Deuce, because I could not pick him when i was on the clock |

| Hey Travis, Unfortunately, he was off-limits to everyone due to the rule we brought over to KFFL. I can't give him to you as a replacement pick after the locked period because that opens up the chance for anyone to change a draft pick after the fact to pick up a locked player. I can tell you this-- it's a rule that gets discussed quite a bit (locked players) and one we will study in the off-season to see if it needs to be changed.
