With their 138 points, Rumrunners is now the proud record-holder of the 25th-highest weekly point total in league history. All I have to say is WOW what a shootout. This is what fantasy football is all about. In this epic battle between first place and last place teams, Rumrunners opened as a 20.6 point favorite. Blind Melon Chitlin’ jumped out to an early 17 point lead on Thursday but Rumrunners closed the gap to only an 8 point lead after the Sunday morning games. After the afternoon games, Rumrunners went ahead by only 12 points. Blind Melon Chithead scored 45 more points on Sunday night, but it wasn’t enough as Rumrunners scored 38 points. Neither team had anymore players left as Rumrunners held on to squeak by Blind Melon Chitlin’ by only 5 points, 138-133, for the GAME OF THE WEEK and so far the Game Of The Year.

"This was a confidence booster," Rumrunners coach Butch Miller said. Blind Melon Chitlin' were helped out in a losing cause by a 31 point effort from Peyton Manning, who beat the New England Patriots defense for 327 passing yards and 4 passing TDs. With this performance, Manning was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 10. They also got help from a 27 point effort from Sidney Rice, who tore apart the Detroit Lions defense for 201 receiving yards. "These guys have nothing to be ashamed of," Blind Melon Chitlin' coach Frank Escobedo said. Instant Winners actually opened as a 5.1 point favorite over Da Boyz. This game was never close as Instant Winners had to use his last week’s lineup since he didn’t submit a lineup and he had a couple of players on a bye. Da Boyz jumped out to an early 14 point lead after the Thursday game and extended the lead to 29 points after the morning games. Da Boyz continued to extend the lead as her lead jumped to 30 points after the afternoon games. Instant Winners were done after that in more ways than one as Da Boyz showed no mercy and scored 18 more points Sunday night. Neither team had any players on Monday as Da Boyz demolished Instant Winners by 48 points, 80-32, for the BLOWOUT OF THE WEEK. Let this be a lesson to all to not forget to submit your lineups every week.

Los Cojones zipped back out to a 28 point lead after the Sunday night game, but he was done for the week as Tommyknockers still had another player to go. Tommyknockers managed to only score 10 points Monday but it wasn’t enough as Los Cojones held on to beat Tommyknockers by 18 points, 88-70.
Los Cojones were led to their 18 point victory by a 18 point effort from Wes Welker, who got by the Indianapolis Colts defense for 94 receiving yards. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Ladell Betts, who beat the Denver Broncos defense for 114 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 6 receiving yards. "This was a good win for us," Los Cojones coach Don Wynkoop said. Tommyknockers were helped out in a losing cause by a 21 point effort from LaDainian Tomlinson, who got by the Philadelphia Eagles defense for 96 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. Home Brews jumped out to an early 3 point lead after the Thursday game from that fine 5-INT performance from Cutler. Dave’s Not Here zoomed past Home Brews and held a commanding 48 point lead after the Sunday morning games. Home Brews started his comeback and cut the lead in half to only 24 point lead for Dave’s Not Here. After the Sunday night game, Home Brews had completed his comeback to tie Dave’s Not Here at 113. Home Brews had actually won by now as Dave’s Not Here was done for the week and Home Brews had the edge for the tie-breaker. But just for good measure, Home Brews still had another player on Monday night and scored 15 more points to whip Dave’s Not Here by 15 points, 128-113.
