(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NADS Fantasy Football League matchup, Rumrunners squeaked by a tough Blind Melon Chitlin' team by a score of 138 to 133, behind the support of 65,153 faithful fans. With their 138 points, Rumrunners is now the proud record-holder of the 25th-highest weekly point total in league history.  All I have to say is WOW what a shootout.  This is what fantasy football is all about.  In this epic battle between first place and last place teams, Rumrunners opened as a 20.6 point favorite.  Blind Melon Chitlin’ jumped out to an early 17 point lead on Thursday but Rumrunners closed the gap to only an 8 point lead after the Sunday morning games.  After the afternoon games, Rumrunners went ahead by only 12 points.  Blind Melon Chithead scored 45 more points on Sunday night, but it wasn’t enough as Rumrunners scored 38 points.  Neither team had anymore players left as Rumrunners held on to squeak by Blind Melon Chitlin’ by only 5 points, 138-133, for the GAME OF THE WEEK and so far the Game Of The Year.

Randy Moss

Rumrunners were led to their 5 point victory by a 38 point effort from Randy Moss, who tore apart the Indianapolis Colts defense for 179 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Moss was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 10. They also got help from a 35 point effort from Chris Johnson, who beat the Buffalo Bills defense for 132 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 100 receiving yards.

"This was a confidence booster," Rumrunners coach Butch Miller said.

Blind Melon Chitlin' were helped out in a losing cause by a 31 point effort from Peyton Manning, who beat the New England Patriots defense for 327 passing yards and 4 passing TDs. With this performance, Manning was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 10. They also got help from a 27 point effort from Sidney Rice, who tore apart the Detroit Lions defense for 201 receiving yards.

"These guys have nothing to be ashamed of," Blind Melon Chitlin' coach Frank Escobedo said.

Causing further embarrassment, Blind Melon Chitlin' could have scored 139 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but coach Frank Escobedo left key players like Muhsin Muhammad and his corresponding 15 points on the bench.

Blind Melon Chitlin' drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 10 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 10.

This brings the record for Rumrunners to 7-3, 1st place in the BAD division and drops Blind Melon Chitlin' to a record of 2-8, 4th place in the UGLY division.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NADS Fantasy Football League matchup, Got KAYA? beat a strong 5280's team by a score of 95 to 69, extending the losing streak for 5280's to 4 games.  Got Kaya had opened up as a slight 3.1 point favorite over 5280’s.  Neither team had any players on Thursday.  5280’s jumped out to a 24 point lead after the morning games and he actually extended the lead one more point to 25 points.  But 5280’s was done for the week.  Got Kaya scored 29 points after the Sunday night game to roar past 5280’s by 4 points and he still had another player on Monday night.  Kaya managed to score 22 more points to slip past 5280’s by 26 points, 95-69.

Tom Brady

Got KAYA? were led to their 26 point victory by a 28 point effort from Tom Brady, who tore apart the Indianapolis Colts defense for 375 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in addition to 3 rushing yards. With this performance, Brady was the number 2 ranked quarterback for week 10. They also got help from a 22 point effort from the Baltimore Ravens Defensive Team.

"We really took it to 'em," Got KAYA? coach Cheech and Chong said.

5280's were helped out in a losing cause by a 30 point effort from Brandon Marshall, who beat the Washington Redskins defense for 134 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs in addition to 9 rushing yards. With this performance, Marshall was the number 5 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 10. They also got help from a 13 point effort from Rob Bironas, who snuck past the Buffalo Bills defense for 2 field goals made and 5 extra points.

"I take full responsibility for this loss," 5280's coach Jess Powell said.

This brings the record for Got KAYA? to 7-3, 1st place in the UGLY division and drops 5280's to a record of 2-8, 4th place in the BAD division.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NADS Fantasy Football League battle, Da Boyz embarrassed a hapless Instant Winners team by a score of 80 to 32, silencing a partisan crowd of 67,090.  Instant Winners actually opened as a 5.1 point favorite over Da Boyz.  This game was never close as Instant Winners had to use his last week’s lineup since he didn’t submit a lineup and he had a couple of players on a bye.  Da Boyz jumped out to an early 14 point lead after the Thursday game and extended the lead to 29 points after the morning games.  Da Boyz continued to extend the lead as her lead jumped to 30 points after the afternoon games.  Instant Winners were done after that in more ways than one as Da Boyz showed no mercy and scored 18 more points Sunday night.  Neither team had any players on Monday as Da Boyz demolished Instant Winners by 48 points, 80-32, for the BLOWOUT OF THE WEEK.  Let this be a lesson to all to not forget to submit your lineups every week.

Joseph Addai

Da Boyz were led to their 48 point victory by a 18 point effort from Joseph Addai, who snuck past the New England Patriots defense for 41 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 27 receiving yards. They also got help from a 14 point effort from Greg Olsen, who got by the San Francisco 49ers defense for 75 receiving yards.

"A win is a win," Da Boyz coach Tilly Van Harpen said.

Instant Winners were helped out in a losing cause by a 16 point effort from Brent Celek, who snuck past the San Diego Chargers defense for 47 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. With this performance, Celek was the number 2 ranked tight end for week 10. They also got help from a 7 point effort from Ryan Grant, who got by the Dallas Cowboys defense for 79 rushing yards in addition to 8 receiving yards.

"They out-coached us," Instant Winners coach Saige Taff said.

Da Boyz took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 7 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 10.

This brings the record for Da Boyz to 6-4, 2nd place in the BAD division and drops Instant Winners to a record of 4-6, 4th place in the GOOD division.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NADS Fantasy Football League battle, Los Cojones beat a strong Tommyknockers team by a score of 88 to 70, silencing a partisan crowd of 70,475.  Tommyknockers opened as a slight 1.8 point favorite over Los Cojones.  This was another fairly close game throughout as neither team had a player on Thursday.  Los Cojones jumped out to an 18 point lead after the morning games.  After the afternoon games, Tommyknockers came back and tied it at 60 a piece.  Los Cojones zipped back out to a 28 point lead after the Sunday night game, but he was done for the week as Tommyknockers still had another player to go.  Tommyknockers managed to only score 10 points Monday but it wasn’t enough as Los Cojones held on to beat Tommyknockers by 18 points, 88-70.

Wes Welker

Los Cojones were led to their 18 point victory by a 18 point effort from Wes Welker, who got by the Indianapolis Colts defense for 94 receiving yards. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Ladell Betts, who beat the Denver Broncos defense for 114 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 6 receiving yards.

"This was a good win for us," Los Cojones coach Don Wynkoop said.

Tommyknockers were helped out in a losing cause by a 21 point effort from LaDainian Tomlinson, who got by the Philadelphia Eagles defense for 96 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. With this performance, Tomlinson was the number 6 ranked running back for week 10. They also got help from a 12 point effort from Tony Gonzalez, who snuck past the Carolina Panthers defense for 67 receiving yards.

"The best team won today," Tommyknockers coach Ginja Escobedo said.

Causing further embarrassment, Tommyknockers could have scored 99 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but coach Ginja left key players like Anquan Boldin and his corresponding 18 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Los Cojones to 3-7, 3rd place in the BAD division and drops Tommyknockers to a record of 5-5, 2nd place in the GOOD division.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NADS Fantasy Football League battle, Cracker Boy embarrassed a hapless Gonna Win Again team by a score of 91 to 59, silencing a partisan crowd of 73,326.  Gonna Win Again opened as an 8.9 point favorite over Cracker Boy.  Gonna Win Again jumped out to an early 11 point lead after the Thursday game.  He actually extended it to a 13 point lead after the Sunday morning games.  Gonna Win Again managed to score only 6 more points the rest of the way as Cracker Boy cruised by Gonna Win Again after the afternoon games.  Neither team had anymore players left as Cracker Boy whipped Gonna Win Again by 32 points, 91-59 for the UPSET OF THE WEEK.

Larry Fitzgerald

Cracker Boy were led to their 32 point victory by a 20 point effort from Larry Fitzgerald, who snuck past the Seattle Seahawks defense for 73 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Maurice Jones-Drew, who beat the New York Jets defense for 123 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 22 receiving yards.

"We weren't going to just lie down," Cracker Boy coach Joe Curtis said.

Gonna Win Again were helped out in a losing cause by a 19 point effort from Steve Smith, who snuck past the Atlanta Falcons defense for 34 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. They also got help from a 15 point effort from Ronnie Brown, who got by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 82 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 16 receiving yards.

"They caught us on an off night," Gonna Win Again coach Al Kooreman said.

This brings the record for Cracker Boy to 5-5, 2nd place in the UGLY division and drops Gonna Win Again to a record of 4-6, 3rd place in the GOOD division.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Nov 16, 2009) In a week 10 NADS Fantasy Football League showdown, Home Brews beat a strong Dave's Not Here team by a score of 128 to 113, extending the winning streak for Home Brews to 10 games.  In another high scoring affair, Home Brews opened as a 22 point favorite over Dave’s Not Here.  Home Brews jumped out to an early 3 point lead after the Thursday game from that fine 5-INT performance from Cutler.  Dave’s Not Here zoomed past Home Brews and held a commanding 48 point lead after the Sunday morning games.  Home Brews started his comeback and cut the lead in half to only 24 point lead for Dave’s Not Here.  After the Sunday night game, Home Brews had completed his comeback to tie Dave’s Not Here at 113.  Home Brews had actually won by now as Dave’s Not Here was done for the week and Home Brews had the edge for the tie-breaker.  But just for good measure, Home Brews still had another player on Monday night and scored 15 more points to whip Dave’s Not Here by 15 points, 128-113.

Reggie Wayne

Home Brews were led to their 15 point victory by a 34 point effort from Reggie Wayne, who beat the New England Patriots defense for 126 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Wayne was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 10. They also got help from a 26 point effort from Adrian Peterson, who beat the Detroit Lions defense for 133 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 10 receiving yards.

Dave's Not Here were helped out in a losing cause by a 23 point effort from Steven Jackson, who beat the New Orleans Saints defense for 131 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 45 receiving yards. With this performance, Jackson was the number 3 ranked running back for week 10. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Jonathan Stewart, who got by the Atlanta Falcons defense for 82 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs.
